Code of Conduct
This defines our ethical and moral approach. It covers the seven principles which guide everyone who works in our business and also ensures we comply with all applicable laws and regulations, wherever in the world we operate.
Our Executive Board is committed to applying best practice and good corporate governance throughout the Intersnack Group.

Whistleblower system
Anyone who observes a possible violation of laws, policies or business principles can report it via this page:
If you have a question or complaint regarding products, please only write to this email address: complaint@intersnack.hu. You can make our work easier by giving us the following information as well: name of product, date of purchase, place of purchase, date of production (from the back of pack), maybe a photo of the back of the product. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible, however complex complaints can sometimes take several weeks to be investigated.
