Write to this email address: complaint@intersnack.hu and please add the following information:

  • Name of product
  • Best before date and production code (from the back of pack)
  • Date and place of purchase
  • If possible, a photo of said product

We will do our best to respond as soon as possible, however complex complaints can sometimes take several weeks to be investigated.
