Responsibilities:
- Managing the company’s warehouse on site and 3PL warehouses in Hungary (Győr and Budapest area) and 3PL relationships. Setting high standards of warehouse operations
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, maintaining order in the warehouse and keeping process documentation updated
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory, including finished goods, raw- and packaging materials, semi-finished goods, pallets and POS materials
- Managing regular inventory counts and audits. Guaranteeing full inventory accuracy
- Managing a team of 25 people, including warehouse administrator, shift leaders, warehouse workers, and transport team
- Making yearly target settings, managing performance reviews, performance assessments and continuous employee development
- Annual/periodic budget planning, responsibility for cost management
- Weekly/monthly reporting about KPI’s and operational performance
- Close collaboration with related functional areas
- Participation in projects and process improvements
Location: Győr
Requirements:
- University/college degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of leadership experience (20+ people) in logistics/warehousing field in production environment
- Fluent Hungarian and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office
